Eligibility for Refund:
● Cancelled Orders: A full refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before shipment.
● Returned Products: Refunds are only applicable if the product is returned in an unused, unopened, and in its original packaging condition.
● Failed Transactions: If your payment is debited but the order is not successfully placed, an automatic refund will be initiated.
Refund Method & Timeframe:
● Refunds are processed to the original payment method used (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet).
● Refunds will be initiated within 1–3 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
● Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
● For failed transactions, refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days.
3. Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
● Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
● A confirmation email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp with tracking information will be shared once your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Timelines:
● Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (based on your delivery location).
● Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select metro cities at an additional charge).

Return Window:
● Return requests must be raised within 2 days of product delivery.
Return Eligibility:
● Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return:

2. Return Authorization: Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Packaging & Return: Securely pack the product(s) and clearly label the RA number on the parcel.
Inspection & Resolution:
● All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
● If eligible, your refund or replacement will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
○ Return Pickup: Scheduled within 2–4 business days (depending on location).
○ Replacement Dispatch: Processed within 2–3 business days after successful inspection. Delivery in 7–10 business days.
● Returns may be rejected if the item is found to be used, damaged, or not meeting the return criteria.
